Drawing An Anime Girl's Face

I’ve been working on an anime coloring book, And I decided to show you guys the process a little bit. I’m mostly used to pen to paper drawings so digital drawing on my Wacom Cintiq is really bizarre.
I decided to try a strategy I saw on youtube, That involves doing a rough sketch in red and blue ink, then creating a new layer and drawing in the black! It made a massive difference and I really enjoyed creating the picture! Here is the photos!

This one looked too plain, So I decided to add more butterflies to make it fun!

I’ve been using the program “Clip Studio Paint “ And I may switch to adobe illustrator to test it out again.
I find that the “Vector” option in Clip Studio paint, Doesn't seem to create true vectors, Maybe I’m using it wrong though, Because I’m not as familiar with it yet.
What can I improve on ?
